WHEN COSY ROOFING SAYS THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK THEY TRULY MEAN IT AND SHOW IT IN THEIR WORK! Our roof was put on by Weatherproof Roofing INC on 181 Street Edmonton. Changed from Cedar shakes to asphalt. We had leakage into our bathroom. We called Mike at Cosy because Weatherproof roofing would not answer e-mails, or even care to acknowledge the urgency of our situation, (claiming the problem was not related to their installation) Phone calls were greeted with delays like them having a flat tire. Meanwhile Dripping on the floor. Ceiling bubbling from water damage. Every effort to contact Weatherproof roofing was futile. Scott from Weatherproof told me he doesn't just sit at his computer and check e-mails all day. Tells you everything about THAT company. Cosy was again here in a flash to fix Weatherproof roofing's work. Cosy insulation and roofing discovered that Weatherproof roofing put a metal flashing on but did not seal it properly. Water was running into the bathroom exhaust fan venting pipe, ruining our ceiling in the bathroom. Cosy Roofing fixed that situation with a smile, professionalism, and at NO COST! Satisfied customers are not only words but they take actions to prove it. We also had Cosy Installation and Roofing top up our attic with insulation. They are professional, tidy, explain what and why, are INCREDIBLY personable and DO GOOD WORK!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I am pleased to recommend Cosy Insulation and Roofing for your next shingle replacement. The work was done professionally, on-time and with no litter or left-over debris. Communication with Mike was easy and prompt. The hardest task was selecting a shingle colour to match our house. Mike provided us with many references in our immediate area (without having to drive the whole city) so we could see the finished product. Seeing all those completed houses gave us re-assurance in knowing that many people have used Cozy in the past. Best of all, the colour is a perfect match for our house.

Cosy Insulation and Roofing recently replaced my Mom's shingles on her house. Their pricing was excellent and their service and professionalism was outstanding. My mom is a widowed senior on limited income so the cost of replacing her roof was stressful. While the workers were up on her house roof, they noticed the roof on her shed was rotting. This news added more stress. When my mom was out running errands, the workers came back and fixed the roof of her shed without being asked and at no additional cost. They went above and beyond!! Words cannot express my gratitude for the kindness they have shown my mother. If you are looking for a company with integrity, you have found it in Cosy Insulation and Roofing.

I am so impressed with Cozy Insulation and Roofing Staff. First, we had Stephen come out to give us an estimate and make down to earth, honest recommendations. Then we had the crew of Lee and Brad that actually installed the new malarkey shingles. I can't believe the work ethic of these two fellows. AND then the clean up was amazing! They actually took the time to pick up material that had fallen out of the bin. Then they swept ALL the sidewalks and the garage pad Then they used a leaf blower as a final touch up.

Stephen is the man. He inspected the roof under very cold and windy conditions. He took photos, was articulate and explained the best course of action. The roof was wet, but he was on time for a break in the weather. He knows weather systems and what other tradesmen expect. On time, on budget. Great work.

Very prompt response to an initial thought of a leaking roof. Turned out to be a leak in exhaust stacks for plumbing. Identified quickly and measures taken to address. Level of insulation was noted to be low, resulting in heat loss. All worked completed efficiently and fully explained. Very satisfied, great job!

Cosy Insulation has done both my attic insulation and replacement of my house and garage roof, plus have repaired my old chimney. They are extremely professional, do what they say they are going to do, never had to call them to find out when they were coming, they always called in advance.

All employees did spectacular work and I have never had the pleasure of having a contractor be so honest, trustworthy, reliable and superior installation and outcome. I will post pictures shortly, HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I'm happy to provide a recommendation for Cosy Insulation & Roofing (Cosy). I first hired Cosy to insulate my house and garage last summer. Their manager Mike even went out of his way to find a drywaller to install drywall in my garage. I was so impressed with Cosy, their work, and their employees that it was an easy decision for me to hire them again to replace my roof shingles this summer. Mike did a great job recommending shingles that went well with other colour tones on my house.

I haven't experienced any problems with any of these projects. I haven't had any surprises in the cost of completion, the scope of the work, or the finished product. The projects have always been completed on a timely basis.

Cosy performs quality work and stands by their work; they have good supervision who have in-depth knowledge of construction work. Cosy employees perform quality, professional work, and are pleasant to deal with.

I have no hesitation in using Cosy again and recommending them to others.
